I was diagnosed with Rheumatoid Arthritis in March and based on recommendations, I purchased this supplement in August 19, with order to help me with my inflammation. The only instruction the capsules came with was to take 2 capsules a day. It did not specify whether to take 2 capsules at a time with or without food, or in the morning or evening or to take 1 capsule in the morning and one in the evening with or without food.

So, I took 2 capsules of mg each in August 20, after breakfast and within 4 hours, both of my ankles had swollen with pain on my right shoulder, hip, and left toe. By Sunday, I could not bear the pain and could not get out of bed. I thought it was something else since I had been diagnosed with RA but it wasn't, rather it was the supplement. I continued taking the supplement until August 27, I stopped after 27th and that was when I began to see improvements in my situation. Till today, I continue to feel slight shoulder pain but I was doing very well before I started taking this supplements.
